Last weekend was sunny but just a bit chilly. This week has been totally cloudy and rainy, and yet my trench has been perfect for both. A trench coat is a staple wardrobe piece that I have found essential for both spring and fall. Although Burberry makes beautiful trenches, I have found equally perfect trenches for a fraction of the price, like this one from Banana Republic. It is supposed to keep raining all week here in Michigan, so I am very thankful for my perfect trench, Hunter rain boots, and stylish Vera Bradley umbrella.
