Harbortown, Detroit
It was a beautiful, hot weekend in Detroit! With hardly a cloud in sight and 90 degree weather, I was right where I belong, posted up next to the pool. I actually spent quite a bit of time in the pool because it was so hot. This worked out perfectly, because I got a chance to try out my new bathing suit.
Ren Cen view from the rooftop of Tom's Oyster Bar
Josh and I had a nice dinner Friday night on the rooftop of Tom's. It was the perfect summer night to be dining outside and we had a great time just relaxing after a long work week for both of us.
Louie's Eggs Benedict
Since Josh moved to Detroit two years ago, we have been searching for a go to breakfast diner downtown. This weekend we finally found the place, Louie's Ham and Corned Beef on Riopelle and Mack. The food and atmosphere were perfect! We really love going out to breakfast and Louie's hit the spot yesterday. We also made a fabulous salmon dinner Saturday night, that I will have to share later this week!
Happy Monday!
